Name: Jacob Black

age: 16, but looks more like 25-27
powers: Jacob is a shape-whifter who can change into a huge wolf. Even in his human form Jacob is very strong and fast. Apart from that he heals very fast.
He can also hear a lot better than humans.
In his wolf form Jacob can communicate telepathically with other wolves from his pack. It's like they can see through eachothers eyes and know everything the others are thinking (which can be rather annoying).

Relationships: Jacob so far has only been in love with one girl: Bella. She however was in love with someone else, the vampire Edward Cullen. When Edward moved away and left Bella behind brokenhearted she and Jocob became closer. He was her best friend and always hoped to one day be more for her. But when Edward returned Bella went back to him without hesitation. Jacob tried to win Bellas heart and make her realize that she loved him as well. After a while she saw that he was right. She loved Jacob, but she loved Edward even more. She knew she had to make a decision and chose Edward, whom she married a few months later.
Friendships: Jacobs best friends have always been Quil Ateara and Embry Call. At the age of 16 he became close friends with Bella Swan.
Besides them Jacob is also friends with the rest of the "Werwolf Pack" and many other Quileutes.
Sexuality: straight

Strengths: Jacob is a very determined person. If he wants something he is willing to do anything to get it.
Weaknesses: Jacob is stubborn and has a rather hot temper, which can end badly if he loses control and changes into his wolf form near people.
Apart from that Bella could be called his biggest weakness. He would do anything for her, even knowing that she prefers someone else over him.
Habits/Quirks: Jacob likes making jokes and teasing people.
When he is angry and upset Jacobs starts losing control. He begins shaking and eventually changes into his wolf worm, if he doesn't manage to get control back.
Personality: Jacob is a relaxed and good-spirited person. He loves life and is generally a happy person. This however changed when Bella broke his heart. He became rather moody and is sad most of the time. He tries not to let people see it, but fails mostly. Jacob especially hates not being able to keep anything from his fellow pack members when in wolf form.

Backstory: Jacob Black is a Native American of the Quileute tribe, which lives near Forks, Washington.
During the first 15 years of his life nothing unusual happened. Jacob went to school, spent time with his friends and especially loved to work on cars and motorcycles.
When he was 15 Bella Swan moved to Forks to live with her father, who is a good friend of Jacobs father Billy. Jacob and Bella knew eachother from their childhood when she spent summers at her fathers.
Jacob and Bella met again and she started to try to get information from him about Edward Cullen and his family because the Quilleutes apparently didn't like the Cullens. Because he liked Bella a lot Jacob told her some old Quileute myths about the werewolves and vampires.
After that Jacob and Bella didn't see eachother a lot. But when Bella started dating Edward Cullen Jacobs father asked him to warn Bella about Edward. He agreed because his father promised him a gift and went to warn her at her prom. He didn't really believe Edward was a threat, but it became obvious that Jacob didn't like Edward for other reasons. He had started to develop feelings for Bella himself.
After that it took some time until Jacob and Bella met again. He turned 16 in the meantime.
After Edward and his family moved away Bella came to Jacob one day to ask him for help in repairing 2 motorcycles she just bought. She promised him one of the motorcycles for his help. Jacob agreed happily and even promised to teach her how to drive hers. From that day on the two of them spent almost every day together. He became her best friend and hoped that one day she would start seeing more than just a friend in him, when she got over Edward. While they spent time together Jacob made it his personal mission to cheer her up and make her smile again.
Bella eventually felt better and was almost happy as long as she was with Jacob, which made Jacob happy.
Then things started to change. Jacob believed he was getting sick, but soon found out, that he wasn't sick, but transforming into a werewolf. He joined the werewolf pack, which had had formerly believed to be a bunch of arrogant and secretive troublemakers. Now he got to know them properly and started to spend more and more time with them, abandoning his other friends, including Bella. He didn't want to tell anyone his secret as he felt like a monster. Besides that he wasn't allowed to tell anyone either, because the Alpha of the pack, Sam Uley forbid it and the Alphas orders had to be followed no matter what.
Bella didn't understand why Jacob suddenly abandoned her and joined the group of guys he formerly seemed to fear and dislike.
